This plan is designed to help start-up companies get the most help for the least cost in an effort to help you grow your business.  It is an effort to allow you to get your feet under you and allow you to follow your dream without the worries of the back office bookkeeping.  It includes up to 10 combined transactions a month.  This includes processing payroll for one emplyee.  It allows for payroll for up to 1 employee and includes the quarterly 941, 940 and TWC returns.  Also included is your monthly Sales Tax return for 1 taxing authorities, additional authorities are an added fee.  That leaves you with 7 transactions that can be utilized in any combination.  i.e.:  2 client payments, 2 billings, 2 vendor invcoices. 1 vendor payment, or any other combination thereof.  Also included in the Express Start-Up plan is a 30 minute, quarterly meeting to review your financials


Special Note:  As this plan is desinged to help you get started it is only available for a start-up entity an only up to 3 months, or when you out grow the parameters, whichever comes first.    At that point we will re-assess to see which plan better suites your needs.  Our hope is the partnership we create will allow the latter to be the cause of re-assessment.

A plan designed for a start-up that was able to hit the ground running.  Maybe having multiple Customers/Clients or starting out needing multiple employees, etc.  Start-Up Basic allows for up to 50 transactions between client and vendor transactions.  It allows for up to 2 bank, credit card, or loan accounts.  Further allowing up to 5 employees for payroll and the quarterly payroll reports:  940, 941 & TWC.  The plan allows up to 5 taxing authorities for Sales Tax.  Last, but not least, the Start-Up Basic plan includes a 30 minute, monthly meeting to review your financials .

The Bronze plan adds to Start-Up Basic with a transaction count of 51-150 between client/vendor transactions.  It also increases the number of bank/credit card/loan accounts to a combination of 3.  The empoyee count may be 6-10 and allows for 6-12 taxing authorities for your Sales Tax returns.

This plan builds on Bronze with the upgrade of 151-300 transactions between client/vendor transactions.  Along with a combined total of 6 bank/credit card/loan accounts.  Silver also increases the number of employees to the range of 11-15 and allows for 13-20 taxing authorities for your Sales Tax returns

This upgrade of Silver allows for 301-500 client/vendor transactoins.  Gold introduces Job Costing of up to 20 active obs at a time.  We have increased the bank/credit card/loan accounts to 9.  You can have 16-20 employees on this plan and 21-30 taxing authorities for your Sales Tax Return.

In addition to the Gold plan, the client/vendor transaction totals increase to up to 1000.  Once you hit 21+ active jobs, this is the plan you want to review first.  This plan allows for up to 12 bank/credit card/loan accounts and 21-25 employees.  Your taxing authorities have also increased to 31-40.

Building on Platinum, your client/vendor transaction count is up to 3000.  This plan allows for up to 15 bank/credit card/loan accounts and an employee count 26+.  Also allowing for 41+ taxing authorities.
